How to Layer Serums and Creams Without Pilling

Pilling happens when products do not absorb before the next layer goes on, or when too many products are used at once. Apply from the thinnest texture to the thickest and give each layer a minute.

Use small amounts. A few drops of serum and a pea-sized amount of moisturizer are enough for most faces. If products still ball up, remove one step instead of adding another.
